Sustainable Energy Support for Non-Profit Organisations

For non-profit organisations that meet Immanuel Sunice Energy’s assessment criteria, Immanuel is committed to delivering sustainable energy solutions that help reduce long-term operational costs while supporting environmental responsibility and community well-being.

Eligible non-profit organisations include, but are not limited to, churches, schools, welfare institutions, nursing homes, and autism centres. Immanuel adopts a zero upfront cost Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) model, under which the company fully finances, procures, installs, and technically supports the solar photovoltaic system, with no initial investment or one-time payment required from the organisation.

During the initial phase, electricity generated by the system is supplied at a preferential tariff solely for the purpose of recovering Immanuel’s equipment and installation costs. Once the project reaches breakeven, full ownership of the entire solar system will be transferred to the non-profit organisation at no cost.

After the transfer, the organisation will enjoy long-term benefits, including:

  • Complimentary consumption of all electricity generated by the solar system

  • Full entitlement to any excess electricity produced

  • No revenue-sharing or payment obligations to Immanuel

It is worth noting that with advances in solar technology, high-quality solar panels can have a lifespan of up to 30 years. Following the system transfer, non-profit organisations may continue to benefit from reliable, clean, and low-cost energy for decades, significantly enhancing their long-term financial sustainability and operational resilience.

Through this model, Immanuel balances sustainable commercial operations with a strong commitment to supporting non-profit organisations in achieving lasting environmental and social impact.
